At GTL, from the very initial stage of procurement of raw material for the Dimensional Parameters, Chemical Composition, Tensile Strength etc. to the delivery of finished goods, we maintain a sustained focus on quality. Raw materials are also tested for their chemical and mechanical properties, i.e., Tensile Strength, Elongation and Bend or Flattering Straightness and Hydro Testing.

Galvanized tubes are tested for zinc coating, uniformity, thread and couplers to ensure the product is being supplied to customer with zero defects.

Our established Quality Control System ensures a cover on all the manufacturing process from purchase of Raw Material to Shipment / Storing System of the pipes manufactured. The System ensures that all requirements of National and International Codes are met and confirm with the Quality Assurance requirements of our clients. We have trained personnel to carry out all tests and ensure that every pipe rolled out of the unit is of High Quality Standard
